How fast do you reply to inquiries?

Within business hours (Mon–Fri 7:00–18:00, Sat–Sun 8:00–12:00 CR time) we typically reply on WhatsApp in under an hour, and by email the same day. Outside those hours we answer first thing next morning.

What's the best way to reach you?

WhatsApp is fastest — you talk directly with Rodrigo. Email works great for detailed multi-day itineraries where you want everything in writing. Both channels reach the same concierge.

Do you speak English?

Yes. Rodrigo and the concierge team are fully bilingual (English and Spanish). All communication, itineraries and on-tour guiding can be delivered in either language.

Can I request a custom itinerary in the contact form?

Absolutely. Fill in your travel dates, number of adults and children, hotel or area, and describe the kind of trip you're after. We'll come back with a tailored proposal — no automated bot, no template.
